Key Responsibilities

    • Payroll Management: Handle all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
    • Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
    • Collaboration with External Accountants: Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of accounts with external accountants.
    • Management Accounts Preparation: Prepare management accounts and provide financial insights.
    • Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
    • Reporting: Generate regular financial reports and summaries.
    • Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.

Qualifications and Experience

    • Part-Qualified: ACCA or CIMA, or working towards qualification.
    • Bookkeeping Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial record management.
    • Payroll Expertise: Experience in managing payroll processes.
    • Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare and interpret management accounts.
    • Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial tasks.
    • Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
    • Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
    • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Technology Proficiency: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
