Key Responsibilities
- Payroll Management: Handle all aspects of payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Bookkeeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Collaboration with External Accountants: Assist in the preparation and reconciliation of accounts with external accountants.
- Management Accounts Preparation: Prepare management accounts and provide financial insights.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards.
- Reporting: Generate regular financial reports and summaries.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications and Experience
- Part-Qualified: ACCA or CIMA, or working towards qualification.
- Bookkeeping Experience: Proven experience in bookkeeping and financial record management.
- Payroll Expertise: Experience in managing payroll processes.
- Financial Reporting: Ability to prepare and interpret management accounts.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in financial tasks.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Technology Proficiency: Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
