Grace Home, a residential care home for Graceful Healthcare Services Ltd, formerly known as Testimony Assembly Social Care, has been successfully providing domiciliary care and supported living services to adults with diverse needs, including individuals with learning disabilities and/or autism, since 2012. As a small adult social care provider, we aim to expand our services to positively impact even more lives. Therefore, we have decided to establish a residential care home.
Our distinction lies in the professional expertise and passion of our team. We genuinely care and are committed to supporting people in setting and achieving their goals. We believe in being proactive rather than reactive. By planning ahead, we create opportunities for those we support to lead more active and fulfilling lives. Our mission is to enable individuals to flourish in a place they can call home.
We currently hold contracts with Birmingham City Council to provide supported living services and residential/nursing care homes. With the establishment of Grace Home, a small specialist residential home for young men and women with learning disabilities and/or autism, we will fulfil our aim to empower individuals with these conditions through safe and supportive homes where they can learn the life skills needed to live as independently as they choose. Our Philosophy

Grace Home (Home Care) is located at 48 Cavendish Road, Birmingham, in the heart of the local community. With easy access to shops, public transport, community parks, and primary healthcare, residents enjoy various nearby amenities and services.
The six-bedroom house, redesigned for four residents, features:
- Bedrooms: Two on the ground floor and four on the first floor.
- Communal Spaces: A large lounge, activities room, office, kitchen, and garden.
- Accessibility: Wheelchair accessible with a ground-floor wet room and first-floor bathroom.
- Facilities: An office for administrative needs and a fully equipped kitchen.
- Outdoor Area: A beautiful garden for relaxation and outdoor activities.
Managed by a dedicated team providing 24-hour tailored care, Grace Home ensures staff have secure storage and sleep-in facilities. Our goal is to create a comfortable, inclusive living environment that promotes independence, well-being, safety, and support.
